These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with DermaPure. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use on adult feet. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary. We take care to describe products accurately, but colours and finishes may appear differently on your screen.
3. Not medical advice
Information on this site is provided for general guidance only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have diabetes, poor circulation, broken skin, or any foot condition, speak to your pharmacist or GP before use. Stop using the product and seek advice if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price has been listed in error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
5. Promotions and free gifts
Bundle offers and free gifts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
7. Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Your account and conduct
You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos and product photography — belongs to DermaPure or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time of purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you order is the one that applies.
