Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom and internationally.
Delivery costs
- United Kingdom — FREE delivery on every order, no minimum spend.
- Rest of the world — £4.99 flat rate.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed at weekends are processed the next working day.
- UK: typically 3–7 working days from dispatch.
- International: typically 7–15 working days from dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will resolve it.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are payable by you and are not included in the price you paid us.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional charge.
